The practice of generosity

Generosity can be most simply defined is: “giving more than is necessary”

How has the generosity of others affected you? How have you been
generous lately?

Take 1-2 minutes and ask God to speak to you about generosity.

Consider praying the Generosity Prayer attributed to St. Ignatius:

Lord, teach me to be generous,

to serve you as you deserve,

to give and not to count the cost,

to fight and not to heed the wounds,

to toil and not to seek for rest,

to labor and not to look for any reward,

save that of knowing that I do your holy will.

Amen.
